I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in complex trauma, suicidality, and emotion dysregulation. I create a non-judgemental, safe environment where clients and I can work collaboratively to begin their healing journey. I greatly value authenticity, compassion, and empathy, which are at the core of strong therapeutic relationships. When life feels overwhelming, when trauma has rewired your nervous system to always be on alert, and when you're just trying to make it through the day—that's where I come in. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, acute stress, or are navigating a personal crisis that has disrupted their emotional and psychological balance. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in high-alert mode—anxious, hypervigilant, shut down, or overwhelmed. Whether you've survived abuse, experienced a recent traumatic event, or are trying to keep it together during a time of transition, therapy can help. I offer a tailored, high-intensity approach for those who need more than weekly therapy but aren’t ready for inpatient treatment, consisting of 2-4 sessions per week of focused, trauma-informed therapy utilizing a blend of stabilization, skill-building, and deeper trauma processing techniques.
