I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in complex trauma, suicidality, and emotion dysregulation. When life feels overwhelming, when trauma has rewired your nervous system to stay on high alert, and you're just trying to make it through the day — that's where I come in.
I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, acute stress, or a personal crisis that has disrupted their emotional and psychological balance. Many of my clients arrive feeling stuck — anxious, hypervigilant, shut down, or overwhelmed. Whether you've survived abuse, experienced a recent traumatic event, or are struggling to hold it together through a difficult transition, therapy can help.
Together, we create a non-judgmental, safe space to begin the healing process — collaboratively, at your pace. Authenticity, compassion, and empathy are at the core of how I work, because they're what strong therapeutic relationships are built on.
For those who need more than weekly sessions but aren't ready for inpatient care, I offer a high-intensity, tailored approach: 2–4 sessions per week of focused, trauma-informed therapy blending stabilization, skill-building, and deeper trauma processing.
